Planner Editor & PDF Export Issues

Downtime

Created Oct 22, 2026 at 1:20pm UTC

We are continuing to investigate issues affecting the APD Planner Editor and PDF Export functionality.

Some customers may experience blank or incorrectly displayed planner canvases, and PDF exports are currently unavailable.

Our priority is restoring both services while protecting existing saved planner data.

We apologise for the disruption and will provide further updates as progress is made.
